This year, we decided to step it up and make it a little more special. Ming and Michelle are the 4th generation business owners of Astoria Dry Cleaning Services Singapore, and they would like to create a delicious yet meaningful Labour Day meal for their staff.
As they do not know how to cook , we specially invited Chef Lisa to come up with an authentic Shanghainese Rou Cai Fan (上海肉菜饭) recipe for them to cook and share with their staffs!
