Terms and Conditions
General
1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to “Royal Umbrella 2020 Chinese New Year Lucky Draw” (“Lucky Draw”) organized by Topseller Pte Ltd (“Topseller”) exclusively with Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd.
2. By participating in this Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Topseller reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, terminate, change, modify, replace, amend or cancel this Lucky Draw or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part as it deems fit at any time without prior notice to you. Any changes will be posted within this website and Topselller shall not be liable to you for any losses or damages suffered or may be suffered by you either directly or indirectly as a consequence hereof.
4. Entry to this Lucky Draw commences on 1 January 2020 at 12:00AM and closes on 7 February 2020 at 23:59PM (“Lucky Draw Period”). Topseller Pte Ltd reserves the rights to amend the Lucky Draw Period at any time without prior notice.
5. Topseller and its agents shall not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to you for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of or in connection with this Lucky Draw.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you agree to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Eligibility
7. This Lucky Draw is open to all Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents or Singapore resident (with a valid employment pass or work permit) age 18 years old and above, except for the employees (and their immediate family members) of Topseller, Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd and the agencies associated with this Lucky Draw (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotions agencies, printing company or any person assisting or who are involved in this Lucky Draw).
8. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, you have to purchase 2 packets of 5kg Royal Umbrella New Crop rice from Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd in a single receipt during the Lucky Draw Period. No accumulation of receipts is allowed.
9. Receipt submitted for Lucky Draw must be dated from 1 January 2020 to 7 February 2020 (both dates inclusive) for entries to be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
10. Every eligible receipt entitles you to one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw. Multiple entries are allowed per participant, on condition that each entry submitted corresponds to a unique eligible receipt number.
11. Each participant is only entitled to one (1) prize in this Lucky Draw.
12. Entry to Lucky Draw must be submitted via QR Code printed on the promotion tag or visit www.royalumbrellasg.com/contestto fill in and submit the participation form during the Lucky Draw Period. Original receipt for proof of purchase must be presented upon collection of prize.
13. Entries without original receipt as proof of purchase or does not meet the minimum purchase criteria or are incomplete or illegible will be disqualified.
Prize
14.There will be 5 Lucky Draw winners in total. Each Lucky Draw winner will be entitled to a $250 worth of dining voucher (“Prize”). Topseller reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter the Prize without notice to you.
15.Prizes are strictly not transferable or returnable or exchangeable for cash or any other item. Topseller reserves the right to substitute prizes with another of similar value without prior notice to you.
16.The prizes are subject to terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant partner/organization/restaurant providing the prize, and may be subject to any other additional terms and conditions.
Lucky Draw
17. The draw will be conducted on 17 February 2020 by Topseller, whose decisions shall be binding and final on all matters and aspects relating to this Lucky Draw. No correspondence or appeals to Topseller will be entertained.
18. The winners will be notified by Topseller within 14 days after the draw date through email at their registered email address and/or contacted via telephone with the mobile number submitted to this Lucky Draw. Topseller shall not be responsible and liable for any late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winners.
19. Topseller shall have the sole discretion and right to disqualify any entry or winner if the information submitted by you is inaccurate.
20. Winner will be informed to collect the prize at 348 Jalan Boon Lay Singapore 619529. Prize must be collected on or before 31 March 2020 between Monday – Friday (9am – 5.30 pm, excluding Public Holiday). Prizes not collected by such date shall be automatically forfeited and shall be donated to a charitable organization of Topseller’s choice, subject to compliance with any applicable laws. The winner whose prize has been so forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation, and shall be deemed to have waived any and all claims to that prize.
Use of Personal Information
21. By participating in this Lucky Draw, you agree that Topseller and its related corporations (collectively "Topseller Group") may collect, use and/or disclose your personal datawithout compensation to you for the purposes of:
a) conducting and administering the lucky draw, including to contact you for the verification and administration of prizes in relation to this Lucky Draw;
b) publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Topseller Group's publications, presentations, promotional materials; and
c) Topseller Group’s promotional and marketing purposes.
